Amazing product. Transported this to the lake in the back of my Ford Expedition using ramps. It drove right up into the back with no problem. It moved my 32' long pontoon boat and trailer into my garage with no difficulty. The surface was packed to loose gravel. Had to push the trailer over a 1 1/2"lip in the concrete, had no problem. And the amazing part was I did all of this while standing in my boat which gave me a great view of the trailer dolly, my boat and trailer, and the garage I was moving this into. Would highly recommend this product.
It moved my 37 ft RV up a 3%grade with little to no problem. I had to put in fast option, but once on flat ground I switched to slow option. I have limited space in front of my barn. I turned it 90degrees with no problem.
Product is defective…one side of wheels only goes full speed and will not shut off when the joystick is released…heavy damage to the unit fenders now…bent the camera bracket on my brand new $125k trailer. Spent a ton of time with tech support, sending videos of the unit…did calibrations as instructed…and as of now I still have a $5,000 yard ornament…buyer beware
Great customer service. Even the sales advisor didn't believe a 500 lb pallet could be delivered on Friday when ordered on Monday! Josh also followed up to make sure everything was acceptable after receipt. The only glitch was that the trucking company never notified me in any way about the shipment. It was just sitting on my driveway apron when I came home, totally unexpected. But the unit works perfectly and I couldn't be happier.
Having had no experience with these trailer robots, it was a risk to spend this much for it having never seen one in person or know anyone who owns one and could recommend it or not. I'm very happy I purchased it now having parked! It works great for my uses. We have a tight quarters building where the trailers have to come into the building and make a sharp right angle turn to park. There's not enough physical space to do that using the tow vehicle. What we're able to do is back the trailer into the building with a truck, unhitch it, and hitch it to the Parkit360 13k Carrier and use the joystick remote to drive it into parking position. Our heaviest trailer weighs about 12,500lbs and it moves it with no issues. We've only had 13k Carrier for about a week so can't speak to its long term reliability yet, but it appears to be well made and solid. It arrived to us well packaged for transport on a pallet and arrived undamaged. Overall I highly recommend this product!

Thanks for the awesome review! I'm glad to hear the Parkit360 made moving your 32' pontoon so easy. Being able to load it into your Expedition, drive it right up the ramps, and then move your trailer into the garage while standing in the boat is a pretty great testament to what this dolly can do. What body of water do you mainly get out on? I do quite a bit of bass fishing here in Missouri out on Mark Twain Lake, and the Lake of the Ozarks.
